Arley Gray, tutor trainer, has had 37 years of experience in the field of English Language Training. His teaching experience included a posting in Togo, Africa, while with the Peace Corps.

Rita Guariglia, Director of Special Projects of Literacy Volunteers on the Green, taught for 27 years in Norwalk, CT, and is certified to teach English, French, and English as a Second Language.

Anne Maitland, Executive Director of Literacy Volunteers on the Green, worked in book publishing for 20 years and most recently established and automated a K-5th grade school library.
