Jacqueline Farrell, Executive Director of Literacy Volunteers on the Green, was an English teacher and administrator in both public and private schools for 35 years.

Arley Gray, Tutor Trainer, has had 37 years of experience in the field of English Language Training. His teaching experience included a posting in Togo, Africa, while with the Peace Corps.

Anne Maitland, Former Executive Director of Literacy Volunteers on the Green, worked in book publishing for 20 years and most recently established and automated a K-5th grade school library.
